Below is a list of HOA fees required when closing a sales transaction in the neighborhood or refinancing a mortgage: 

1) Request of account information: $95 (required on all refi-transactions) 

2) Request Account information & Transfer Fee: $200 (required on all sales and property transfers) 

3) Resale Certificate/Subdivision Information: $150 (not required - only if requested)
